Liability Safety Waiver

Please note that a waiver form must be filled out and signed for each racer prior to riding the go-kart. For those participants who are younger than 18, a PARENT OR GUARDIAN must sign the waiver. Follow the link to view and sign the go kart riding. IDs are required for confirmation to get your band and to confirm signing.

A waiver of liability agreement must be signed before riding at our facility.

Safety Notice:  

Go-kart sport riding is inherently dangerous.  We do not provide insurance coverage, your participation is totally uninsured and at your own risk.
